VIC Hydraulic switch for cold water Series HDW-K

The VIC Hydraulic switch for cold water Series HDW-K are produced in St.37.2 and HII from sheet steel or steel pipe, in accordance with D2448 / 1629, and in stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316, and are suitable for temperatures up to 50 and <100°C.

With the HDW-K series, the flanged nozzles are employed in the switch point pipe.
Flanged nozzle heights and nozzle separations are variable and can be arranged according to customer specifications.
If no specifications are provided with the order, the flanged nozzle heights and flanged nozzle separations are designed as default according to VIC factory standard, in regard to height and separation distance. The separation distances of approx. 175 mm between the flanges and the switch for cold water Series pipe are selected so that, in case of utilization of insulation with 100 mm thickness, sufficient assembly space remains between the insulation and flange.

With utilization of the hydraulic switch for cold water Series HDW-K, explicit reference is to be made to this to enable construction-related manufacturing problems to be considered.
The delivery of VIC hydraulic switch for cold water Series HDW-K in steel design is implemented with inside exposed black and outside primed.
As corrosion protection, the Hydraulic switch for cold water can be coated inside with EPOXY or hot-dip-galvanized inside and outside, and in stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) US Standard AISI 304, or can be supplied according to US Standard AISI 316 in stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A).

AllHydraulic switch for cold water of VIC can be produced according to Euro standards, insofar as this is necessary.
